Magnetoresistance of Antiphase Boundaries in Sr 2 FeMoO 6− <i>δ</i>

چکیده
Antiphase boundaries (APB) in strontium ferromolybdate induce antiferromagnetically coupled spins of the Fe ions at boundary affecting both magnetic properties and electron transport across boundary. Herein, first, 3D presentation APB is presented. For first time, weighted antiferromagnetic (AF) modulus, bulk ferrimagnetic exchange stiffness constant, AF constant are estimated. This done by analyzing carefully selected experimental data magnetoresistance (MR). The width energy calculated means Kittel's theory structure ferromagnetic domains films small particles. evaluation these parameters deepens understanding MR ceramic thin-film samples possessing a high density APBs.

Electronic and magnetic structures of Sr(2)FeMoO(6).
We have investigated the electronic and magnetic structures of Sr(2)FeMoO(6) employing site-specific direct probes, namely x-ray absorption spectroscopy with linearly and circularly polarized photons. In contrast to some previous suggestions, the results clearly establish that Fe is in the formal trivalent state in this compound. With the help of circularly polarized light, it is unambiguously ...
